Transcript of today’s events.

Error Fixed

1:29PM: The “Activity Feed” error is resolved. Users who have not been affected by the error do not have to take any actions. Users who’s Turfpath app unexpectedly closed during today’s error message will need to uninstall and reinstall the app for the update to take effect.

10:14AM: The “Activity Feed” will routinely be turned on and off while a solution is being developed. Users are encouraged to not click on the scrolling activity feed at the base of the app (if it’s visible) until further information is available. If you are locked out because of clicking on the scrolling feed, you will be able to enter the app once the feed is deactivited or a solution is found. Deleting and re-installing of the app is not recommended, but will give users immediate access to the app. No user activity during this period is expected to be lost.

6:01AM: The “Activity Feed” scrolling at the bottom of the homepage has been deactivated so that the app is capable of opening. We are working on a solution to bring this feature back into the app. All other sections appear to be working properly.

5:32AM: A bug was discovered in the “Activity Feed” within the app. The app is currently closing when the feed is clicked on. Users can still post updates on activity through the “Updates” section.
